ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Service is a key factor in our continued growth and success. All of our clients, irrespective of size are

provided with an assigned account manager.

 

Account managers play a key role. They monitor trends in utilisation, analyse hot spots and ensure

that the service responds to the individual needs of our clients. Their primary focus is always to

ensure that utilisation of the service is maximised and that clients always receive value for money.

 

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ROLE

 

  • Management of the day to day relationship

  • Facilitate and present the measurement of the service against the clients requirements

  • Be directly involved from implementation stage, and also involved in implementation of any further services

  • Chairs quarterly reviews 

  • Provide agreed Management Information

  • Continuous promotion and raising awareness of PAM Assist

  • Attending Wellbeing Open Days and road shows 

  • Proposes introduction of new services

  • Create mutually agreed Account Development Plan

  • Owns the account relationship
