Awareness sits at the heart of our approach to delivering an EAP. We work on the

principle of “if nobody knows about it then it won’t get used”.


Our strategy includes:

  • Roadshows in-the-workplace to raise awareness of PAM Assist and promote a positive image of the service

  • Using marketing to promote the service as confidential, positive and supportive

  • Attendance at relevant internal meetings as an introduction

  • Standard and bespoke promotional posters & information literature

  • Membership key tags for every employee, carrying a unique ID and password for accessing to the PAM Assist Website.
