SELF REFERRAL COUNSELLING & THERAPY
A self referral is a confidential therapy session where only non-personal data is gathered for statistical purposes.
In this instance, referrals are either delivered on the telephone, face-to-face or using our online e-Clinic solution; the method of delivery is based on the clinical needs of each individual. It is a confidential therapy session where only non-personal data is gathered for statistical purposes.
During an informal referral the counsellor triages and assesses the employee, this is to find out how the counselling needs to be handled. We offer up to six sessions of structured counselling where we enable the therapist and the caller to work towards an outcome-based resolution. Session plans are made between the therapist and the caller and a programme of six sessions usually takes up to eight weeks.
